I would highly recommend Kailin and the Gubb team - they are first class and are very well plugged into the Ridgewood market. Kaitlin was professional while also very personable when helping us find our first home. She is native to Ridgewood and knows the town extremely well. She was very easy to work with and was always in constant communication with us. She held our hand as first time home buyers and helped teach us the process and what to expect. She was constantly on top of it and was touching base with us regularly. She never pushed or pressured us and was always honest.

Working with David was fantastic! His intricate knowledge of Ridgewood and the surrounding area was so helpful since we were purchasing a new home from halfway across the country. He answered all our many questions, was quick to respond, and reduced the stress of our remote shopping. . We were able to lean on his negotiating skill and expertise and got a home in the area we wanted! Professional, knowledgeable, and upbeat. Such a great experience! Make sure you take up all his suggestions for local eateries too!

I have sold 4 houses in Ridgewood, and using Pam was by far the most stress-free of all my experiences. I cannot recommend her more strongly, and I would not sell a home in Ridgewood with anyone else. Pam knows Ridgewood and real estate inside and out, but more than that she is a savvy marketer with a great eye for what will help make for a quick sale, and she never stops working for you!
