She listened to what my husband and I wanted and delivered. She was also available as a sounding board, walking through the pros and cons of different homes with me. He was also creative with solutions for us to consider. Everyone knows this is a tough market, and even so I truly felt David wasn’t trying to just sell us a house. He was trying to find us THE house, and we could not be more happy with the house we landed under his guidance. Even after closing, David has continued to go above and beyond to help us navigate new home ownership, and more. A true friend. We will be referring all of our friends to David Gubb in the future.
