I would HIGHLY recommend Pam to anyone because she is the best out there!
I went to an open house while we were using another agent and then I met Pam. I immediately told my husband we are going to start using her! She right away completely understood our needs from a human non-business perspective. She has been EXTREMELY flexible with her hours and always is available to text or call. I now ask her about local events going on because she knows everything!!! I never once felt like I was working with just an agent, Pam makes finding a home less stressful and you feel like you’re working with a friend. With every home, we saw we were all on the same page and she never once tried to make us see how it ‘could work’ . There is nothing worse than having an agent push you into something. Again it was an easy process for us even in this crazy market because we had Pam on our side :) To be honest I’m going to miss meeting up with her, I hope we stay in touch because she’s a great person.

Carol is the absolute best. She has exceptional local market knowledge and is a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond to research listings and source opportunities, and is extremely proactive and an all round great person to have in your corner. We trust Carol fully and she was able to find us our dream home in Ridgewood, NJ! Our property was a new build in a very competitive market and had several unique elements - Carol guided us through the process masterfully over many months and thanks to her we will be raising our family in an incredible new home. We cannot recommend Carol more highly!

Lora was the absolute best!!! We ended up stumbling upon her when reaching out about another house that had just gone under contract. Besides being super approachable, I could tell right away just how knowledgeable she was of the homes and neighborhoods in Bergen County. Lora was always very responsive to our questions and needs, no matter what time of day or night it was, and was very patient! She took us to see homes for almost a year (due to the housing craze during the pandemic) before we finally found our home and never once did she seem annoyed, pushy, or convince us to settle or offer more than what we were comfortable with. In fact, she always showed up happy to help and with a big smile or funny comment. She was very knowledgeable of market conditions and pricing, which was super helpful in determining our offer price. She was great at guiding us through the process of buying a home. Overall, I couldn't be happier and would 100% recommend Lora to any potential buyer or seller!

We reached out to David after reading his reviews from other buyers and I am so glad that I did. Prior to traveling to Ridgewood/Glen Rock, we asked him to research some homes that we thought we would like. We were impressed by his knowledge and diligence in researching properties that met our criteria. When we eventually met in person, he was prepared to help us deal with the current state of the market and opened some other possibilities we had not considered. After seeing 2 or 3 homes we began to narrow down where we wanted to look. With a competitive market we saw a house that we knew would have multiple offers. With David's guidance and his experience with local agents we had an accepted offer.

David was always available and easy to get along with. He gave us lots of great tips along the way while helping us find the perfect home; he also has amazing negotiation skills. Trina was instrumental in helping us understand our paperwork and getting things taken care of with our offer.

Our home search in Ridgewood began in May 2020 after a job opportunity came up in NY, creating the need for us to move across the country from the west coast. With the world in the middle of a pandemic, I knew that finding the perfect home for our picky family of 5 was probably not going to be an easy task, and we would need an excellent realtor. I did a lot of online research hoping to avoid winding up frustrated and disappointed, and ultimately decided to give David a try given his consistent 5-star reviews. Ultimately, David was able to find and help us secure a home that was perfect for us and in a prime location while avoiding a bidding war through his own proactive research, his connections with other realtors in the area, and his excellent negotiating skills. We have now been in our house in Ridgewood for about a month and David continues to be a great resource and friend to us. We could not be happier with where we wound up and are thankful for all of David’s hard work to make this tricky and difficult home search end perfectly for us!
