My favorite thing about being in real estate is being able to meet new people and helping them achieve their real estate goals.

I’d have to say my backyard! I grew up in my home and have such great memories in my backyard. It’s just my fave place to be!

Best piece of advice to home buyers in 2024:

Make sure you’re working with a strong real estate agent. There are a lot of agents out there and not we are not all the same. Interview and make sure you’re working with an agent who has local presence. The market is aggressive and if you are ready, willing, and able to buy, you’re going to have to adapt and be open to strategies. Read reviews so you can see what past clients are saying. It’s also important to fit with your realtor since you’ll be spending lots of time together.

Best piece of advice to home sellers in 2024:

Be sure to hire an agent who has local knowledge and has sold in your area. Do not overprice your home. The key to a successful sale in this low inventory market is to price it accurately and present it propertly and buyers will naturally bid the home up. Overpricing will only net you less in the end and cause more stress and frustration. You have to interview your potential realtor to know how they work and how they’ll get your home sold.
