What is your favorite thing about being in real estate?

My favorite thing is telling my clients that “We Got The House!”

Places you have lived:

I was born and raised in Ridgewood. Then, I lived in Hoboken for a few years after graduating from Holy Cross, and then a few years in Boston. I returned to Ridgewood to raise my family 28 years ago.

Favorite local restaurant:

Arturo’s in Midland Park

Favorite local outdoor space:

The “View” of NYC on Crest Road in Ridgewood

Hidden gem in the area that you love to recommend (any type of place or experience!):

Van Saun Park. It is great for kids and offers different playgrounds for kids of different ages plus a zoo and a train. I used to go there as a child and still remember the thrill of riding the train.

Favorite way to relax:

Wordle and the NYT Mini Crossword

Hobbies:

Walking, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Movies

Favorite vacation spot:

Any Beach

Best piece of advice to home buyers in 2024:

Being educated on the market will give you the necessary confidence to make a strong offer. Work with an agent who knows what they are doing!

You only have one chance to make a good first impression so home preparation is key.

What keeps you motivated?

I have been selling real estate for over 17 years. These currently challenging market conditions motivate me daily to use my knowledge and experience to successfully guide my clients to their goal of buying or selling their home.
