Glen School is an early childhood center serving infants and preschool children. It is home to the Ridgewood Public Schools’ preschool special education programs. In addition, Glen School classrooms are rented by one private preschool / daycare program. The public preschool special education programs are known as the Ridgewood Early Developmental (RED) Program and the Ridgewood Early Developmental Ridgewood Intensive Services (RED RISe) Program.

- The Golden Skate
Opened in 2000, The Golden Skate is one of the last remaining skating rinks in the Bay Area. Aside from the roller rink, the establishment also has a food counter, snack machine, arcade games, and tables. Guests can rent lockers and quad and inline skates. The space can also be rented for birthday parties and holiday celebrations.
- SAN RAMON CROSS VALLEY TRAIL
The Cross Valley Trail is a flat, paved, and beginner-friendly trail with ADA access. The trailhead is adjacent to Del Mar Dog Park and is an excellent starting point for walking, running, and cycling.
- MEMORIAL & DOG PARK
This 16.3-acre park features an enclosure for small and large dogs, as well as a playground, picnic area, shaded structure, bocce ball court, and baseball and softball field. It also has water stations and designated parking. Memorial & Dog Park is dedicated to the heroes and fallen victims of the 9/11 attacks.
- SIX PILLARS PARK
At 2.74 acres, Six Pillars Park features a large grassy area with sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It also has a playground, picnic area, and basketball court.

This artificial lake is surrounded by open spaces, outdoor seating, and hiking trails within close proximity of City Center Bishop Ranch. It also features volleyball and bocce ball courts.
- LAS TRAMPAS WILDERNESS REGIONAL PRESERVE
This hiking destination features an extensive trail system and offers 5,778 acres of wilderness for exploration, mountain biking, and horseback riding. It's also an excellent spot to view wildflowers, butterflies, hummingbirds, and grazing cows depending on the season. Highlights include the Las Trampas Ridge Trail, Remington Loop, Eagle Peak, and Rocky Ridge.
- CANYON LAKES GOLF COURSE & BREWERY
This establishment features an 18-hole golf course, brewery, taproom, and scratch restaurant with patio dining. Canyon Lakes makes use of fresh and seasonal ingredients in its delicious meals while its 10-barrel brewing system produces award-winning craft beer and limited-release beers.
- SAN RAMON CREEK
This waterway flows for nearly 19 miles across Costa Contra and Alameda counties. It is part of the Walnut Creek Watershed's headwaters and is a popular fishing spot for bluegill, rainbow trout, striped bass, and largemouth bass.
- TASSAJARA RIDGE STAGING AREA
This small but scenic park spans an acre and offers plenty of wide-open space for small and large dogs. It also commands sweeping views of rolling hills for a relaxing afternoon.
