David Gubb is exceptional. We have worked with many realtors throughout the years in NJ and other states, and none have come close. He has a true passion for his work. He is extremely knowledgeable about houses, which was invaluable in helping us think about more than just the aesthetics of a house. He gave us his honest opinions about the many pros and cons of every listing for us to carefully consider. He is extremely people-smart – knew how to read us as buyers, knew when to give us a gentle push to go for what we truly wanted, and also how to build connections and negotiate tastefully on our end. He is probably the most hardworking person we know at this point and was available to us at nearly all hours. He was incredibly patient throughout the process. He is sharp! Every word David says has value and purpose. We walked away from every meeting and showing with more information to consider, and never felt like we were circling the drain. He was also creative with solutions for us to consider. Everyone knows this is a tough market, and even so I truly felt David wasn’t trying to just sell us a house. He was trying to find us THE house, and we could not be more happy with the house we landed under his guidance.
