Chris and her team did a wonderful job in selling my family’s home of 54 years. Unfortunately, the home was dated and not kept up over the past 15 years, so we didn’t have high hopes for selling quickly or for a market number. Chris has so much sales experience, particularly in Ridgewood, that the home sold within two weeks, and at a much higher number than I imagined. Chris was very direct on what needed to be done, and had her team working quickly to help me stage the house. I honestly had to be pushed to move this quickly, but Chris was firm on selling within a certain time frame (end of summer), and she was correct! Chris was always professional and available throughout the process and I would highly recommend Chris and her team for anyone wishing to sell in this area of Bergen County.
