This year’s graduation ceremony marks the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and growth for our talented students. Join us as we honor their accomplishments. Ridgewood’s tradition of donning white tuxes, white gowns, and red roses (instead of the usual caps and gowns) indicates the beautiful future ahead for all of our graduates.

The Ridgewood High School Graduating Class of 2024
This year’s graduating class at Ridgewood High School comprises an outstanding group. They have excelled academically, earned prestigious scholarships, participated in community service, and showcased their talents. The Class of 2024 truly represents the embodiment of Ridgewood’s values and spirit. They are a unique and tight-knit class – RHS was even featured recently for having 15 sets of twins in the grade!
Ridgewood High School Graduation Ceremony Highlights – A Unique Tradition
The graduation ceremony is a momentous event. Our unique tradition is that the boys wear white tuxes and the girls wear white gowns. Graduates exit the high school in pairs, holding red roses, as loved ones watch the procession to the football field. After graduation, students attend a dinner dance where they will enjoy a meal and live music.

Then, the evening concludes in the multi-generational tradition of students being dropped off at Benjamin Franklin Middle School, where the surprise theme of the year is revealed. Each year, parents begin planning months in advance. Volunteers transform the space with structures and lighting. It’s a spectacular event that makes Ridgewood special!
