Selling our home in Wyckoff, NJ: I want to acknowledge the expertise, the professionalism and quite simply the 24/7 help that Kaitlin Dunn provided us as we sold our home. We had lived in our home more than 37 years, so this process of selling was a bittersweet experience. Kaitlin made this experience manageable, exciting, enjoyable, which all led to a positive outcome for us. Our goal was to downsize to a residence with a smaller footprint. We continued to work with Kaitlin as we searched for a new home with these goals. As we worked through the process of selling our home, we did share what our desires in our next home would be. While the process of selling was the priority Kaitlin at the time was “taking notes.” So that when the sale was under contract, we were able to quickly transition to the buying phase of our experience. Kaitlin had developed a good understanding of what we were looking for. She knew our “want to haves” and she knew our “nice to haves.” Kaitlin knew the geographies of our areas of interest; she knew the styles that were attractive to us; and she knew the current, real time real estate market. And we benefited from her expertise. Buying and selling real estate are two sides of the same coin. But each has their own set of accountabilities and challenges. Kaitlin facilitated our transition from seller to buyer with professionalism, expertise, problem solving recommendations, and advice on strategies for success. Again, she always communicated with us in a positive, interactive, and personal manner. And always centered with our best interests at the fore.
