David is the BEST! From the very beginning he was personable, attentive, flexible, and knowledgeable. He met us where we were at each step of the home buying process. David facilitated an educational yet fun environment that helped us to learn what we wanted in our first home and how to find it. He advocated for and supported us and ultimately was the reason we had an accepted offer our first go around (with 15+ other offers on the home) which is unheard of, especially in today’s market.
