Chris and her team are the best! Very friendly, very professional and extremely helpful. From the staging to the listing to the sale, Chris and her team were with us at each step. They provided time tables, reminders about dates and deadlines, contact information for the required inspections such as fire and final water readings. Chris has a vast list of tried and true professionals such as painters, contractors and movers which was extremely helpful to us as we didn’t have to do the research ourselves. When we had a small issue at closing (unrelated to Chris or her team), she jumped right in and did whatever was necessary to resolve the matter and take care of everything.
