Chris Gubb and her team were truly amazing. We were totally unfamiliar with the process of selling a house, but she and her team were so professional and caring, guiding us through the process, and we had never experienced unnecessary anxieties or hesitations. In fact, we had a reason to rush to sell our house. Our daughter was about to give birth to her first child in Japan. Chris had laid out a perfect schedule for us, navigated us step by step, and the house was sold at a much higher price than we had expected. Now we are in Japan waiting for our daughter to give birth to our first grandchild. We want to give the greatest thanks to her on behalf of our whole family.
