Patient and professional: One example – at one point we were debating pros/cons of two homes and David talked it though with us at length, analyzing every detail, for probably 45 minutes on the phone at 9am on a Saturday morning (because this was what worked for us). Local market knowledge: David grew up in Ridgewood. He knows every listing, every school, every coffee shop. He can educate you on the neighborhood and has his finger on the pulse of the latest listings Experienced: As we walked through potential homes with David, we found it incredibly helpful that he pointed out things we wouldn’t have considered – e.g., you will likely need a retaining wall and that will cost you $X, or if you invest $Y you could change the placement of this doorway and open up the family room. Helping us see the potential, and drawbacks, was key in making an informed decision. In summary, David lives and breathes real estate, and goes above and beyond for his clients.
